Breeding Stock Goats for Sale

Our doe herd has been sold -

congratulations to Birky Family Farm in Kouts, IN!

We have purchased seven Katahdin ewes and a ram from a friend that is moving to Texas.  They have been selected over 10+ years for surviving on pasture with no deworming.  We are looking forward to trying our hand at a flock of sheep.  Our plan is to sell slaughter lambs, but if you are looking for replacement ewe or ram lambs, please look us up in the spring of 2021.

We conduct on-farm performance testing of our kid crop. Only kids with above average daily gains (0.3 lbs/day for doelings and 0.4 lbs/day for bucklings) and structural soundness that were raised by an attentive mother will be sold for breeding stock. All others are sold for slaughter.

Goats on our farm are trained to electric netting and electric twine/tape in addition to hot wires on fence.

Interested in our goats? We will gladly email our production data to you for your review.

If you are looking for goats with registration papers, you are at the wrong farm.  We gave up on the "paper game" and raise goats that perform well on pasture and look beefy.  They are a mix of Kiko, Savannah, Boer, Myotonic and Spanish.
