Why not try fresh, locally raised goat meat?

Our goats are raised in the fresh air out on pasture planted specifically for their dining pleasure. Over winter, they are supplemented with locally grown hay. They always have constant access to clean water and goat mineral.

Our supply of goat meat (chevon) is seasonal. Kids are born in the spring and are ready for processing at 4-7 months of age. We use a local butcher to process our goats. Because goats are smaller than sheep or cattle, you will be purchasing the entire animal. We can guide you as to how to have it cut - some prefer the traditional roasts and stew meat, while others have it all ground for burgers, etc. You also can take home the organ-meats and bones (great for soup stock!).
